Chris McKay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction and digital marketing. As the founder and CEO of Accelerated Growth Partners, he is passionate about helping businesses navigate the fast-paced world of digital marketing, particularly on social media. Chris is dedicated to helping businesses achieve their goals through effective social media strategies, targeted audience engagement, brand awareness, and exceptional customer service. Chris McKay – My Story
From a young age, I was fascinated by the intersection of technology and human interaction. This curiosity led me to pursue a degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, where I graduated with honors in 2018. My early career was marked by hands-on experience in various construction roles, from intern positions at Yates Construction and Roy Anderson Corp to project engineering at RK and management roles at Crescent Homes and NewFields Project & Construction Management. These roles not only honed my technical skills but also deepened my understanding of client relations and project management.
In 2024, I founded Accelerated Growth Partners and McKay Business Management, driven by a passion for digital marketing and helping businesses thrive in a competitive landscape. My journey has been about combining my technical background with a deep understanding of customer needs, enabling me to develop innovative strategies that drive growth and engagement. At Accelerated Growth Partners, I have successfully implemented social media strategies that significantly enhance brand awareness and customer engagement for various clients. My mission is to help businesses harness the power of digital marketing to achieve measurable success and sustainable growth.

Co-founder & CFO
Stephanie Halphen, CPA/CFF, is a seasoned accounting professional with over 30 years of experience, including cost/benefit analysis, business valuation, e-commerce management, forensic accounting, and expert witness testimony. As the Managing Partner of Halphen Forensic Accounting, she excels in providing exceptional forensic, due diligence, and financial forecasting services. Stephanie’s diverse skill set makes her the ideal choice for handling complex financial needs.
Stephanie Halphen – My Story
From an early age, I was drawn to the intricacies of financial management and accounting. This passion led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in accounting from LSU, where I graduated in 1985. My career began with auditing roles in various public accounting firms in Louisiana and Maryland. Over the years, I advanced to the position of Manager and have literally handled clients in just about every industry.
In 2011, after obtaining the designation of Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) from the AICPA, I started my own Forensic Accounting Firm which is currently named Halphen Forensic Accounting which focuses on forensic accounting, business valuation, and litigation support. My expertise in these areas has allowed me to work on high-profile cases, providing expert testimony and litigation support. I have been qualified as an expert witness is both Federal and State Courts. My dedication to the profession is reflected in my past and active memberships in several accounting and valuation organizations.
Fast forward to 2024, I further expanded my credentials by obtaining the Business Analyst designation with Automation Anywhere, enhancing my ability to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions in process automation and efficiency.
